7,000 square foot, First & Second Floor Branch and Loan Office,
Downtown La Quinta.
The challenge was to convert the vacant City Library into a beautiful bank branch and loan office for high wealth customers. While the T.I. was in progress the building exterior renovation was also under way.
Interior design and planning, construction documentation, MEP coordination, permit services and FF&E.
A rich transitional feel was achieved using store front glass offices, brown-tone frames and cherry veneer framed glass doors. Cherry veneer millwork and case goods, granite slab counters and bright painted walls. Recessed, wall sconce and pendant lighting, 2’ x 2’ acoustic ceiling tile in all areas. Broadloom carpet in open/office area, granite tile in entry, manual mesh roller shades, pattern seating fabrics and beautiful original artwork.
The design concept was met and the client is enjoying their transitional yet contemporary office in downtown La Quinta. This project was constructed by SDOi, furniture by Haworth, artwork by Joyce Lieberman and Kathryn Henneman.
